Ingredients:

200 g digestive or Maria biscuits
100 g melted butter
For the lemon filling:
1 can (397 g) condensed milk
4 egg yolks
200 ml of Frozen Key lime pulp El Frutal
Preparation:
Crush the biscuits and mix with melted butter. Line a mold with this mixture and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Filling:
Mix condensed milk, egg yolks, frozen key lime pulp El Frutal. Pour over the baked base.
Baking and chilling:
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C (350°F) until the filling is set. Cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
